One major win away from his championship, Molson takes Winners Dog and then Best of Opposite Sex and Best of Winners for a 3 pt major giving Molson 16 championship points. Molson is a New Champion and was owner-handled all the way! Molson's championship is the result of a 'team' effort of all the members of the Hoosier Roos family.

Molson shows his stuff and takes Winners Dog with an entry of 4 dogs. But then, instead of just getting the crossover major, he takes Best of Breed over specials for a 4 pt major. This is Jeannie's first time handling a dog to a major and leaves Molson just one major win away from his championship. Later in the day, Molson demostrates how much he has matured by giving a nice performance in the Group Ring.

Mia arrives!
Early in the morning on 24th of June, the Hoosier Roos family heads for Harrow, Ontario, to pick up the newest mamber of the family - Avatar Villairns Hammin' It Up "Mia". Mia does very well the entire car trip and quickly shows herself to be the best puppy we've ever had.

Keeneland Q's in Jumpers for the first time AND takes second place!!!!!! Nicki doesn't Q but ran each full course of Jumpers and Standard - not too bad for her first trial.

Jeannie and Keeneland enter Rally Novice with zero practice or exerience and Q‘d!
Conformation Open Dogs
Molson is the most handsome dog to leave the ring.
May 12th, Junior Showmanship
Melanie and Marley take first place in Novice Intermediate! This was thier third 1st place win with competition present, earning them the right to compete at the Open level in the future.
May 12th, National Specialty Photo Contest
A photo of Panda & Nicki takes 1st place in the "Best Friends" catagory. Panda and Molson take 2nd place in "Smiling Berners." Rob's photo of Keene jumping tied for 4th place in "Talented Berners," and Molson's "Got Snow" photo takes a 4th place in "Berners in Nature." Five other entires received Honorable Mentions.

Keeneland Q's in Standard earning his Novice Agility Preferred Title!!!!. Keene is the first of our dogs to earn a title of any kind and we’re so proud of his hard work and enthusiasm. Keene is now officially, ”Ayehli’s A Photo Finish NAP.“

Melanie and Marley show to a 3rd place finish with an entry of five in Novice Intermediate on Sunday. On Monday Molson takes Best of Winners for his final single point and Nicki at least stood for exam.

Keene earns his first two AKC Agility Q's in Novice Standard Preferred, also taking Third Place on Sat. and Fourth Place on Sun. We're all very proud and happy for for him!

Molson took second place in the 12-18 month class on Fri. and second again in the Sweeps class on Sat. at the BMDCSEW Regional Specialty. But way more than showing, Molson LOVED all the snow! And when you have that much fur, who cares about negative wind chills?

No Q’s but Keene had a BLAST running around the dirt courses earning the nickname, ‘The Wild Berner.’ He was one dropped bar away from a Q on Sun. in jumpers.

First REAL snow of the season! The Roos had a great time romping and rolling while getting covered in the white stuff. The non-fur kids took to the hills for some sledding and snowboarding

We attended the Kentuckiana BMD Club’s Winter Walk at Winton Woods, Cincinnati. Molson, Marley and Keene came for the 1.5 mile walk.

Parker stars as Old MacDonald and Megan has the part of a horse in the St. Bernadette Spring Program,
“E-I-E-I-Oops!” , the story of a cow who wouldn’t moo.
Jeannie leads Keeneland up the teeter at The BMDCA National Specialty Trial. Keene now has his Novice Standard Title and his first of three qualifying runs in Jumpers With Weaves.
The Hoosier Roos pack traveled to the 2007 National Specialty in style towing our new custom-order equipment trailer.
Nicki stays on course through her first agility trial.
Melanie handles Marley to their third 1st place finish in Novice Junior Showmanship.

Roofus can’t wait for Megan and Jeannie to blow out the candles on his birthday cake. We missed out on having a cake with Roofus last year for his second birthday - Roofus ate the whole cake while it was cooling on the counter!
